Support a Step and Lane Salary Schedule for Geneva Teachers

As a taxpayer in Geneva, I want the Board of Education to know that I understand the benefits to students of a step and lane salary schedule. I value the step and lane salary schedule and want it included in any future proposals to the Geneva Education Association.
