Demand effective date of insurance on first day of employment!

Most employers offer insurance however they typically have a waiting period of 60-90 days. This leaves employees vulnerable and uninsured with no coverage when an emergency happens. All employers that offer insurance should have it be effective on your first day on the job! There is no good reason for the gap in coverage. This should be a state law. Please sign so we can get the state legislature to address this and introduce a bill.
