Stop all commercial uses at Kailua Beach Park not considered by 1996 EA

Bill 11, CD1 will ensure that Kailua Beach Park will be free from commercialization.

Yesterday, as a lot of you may already know, Bill 11 CD1 passed out of the City Council 7 to 2. It now goes to the Mayor's office for signature. If the Mayor signs it, then it becomes law.

SO, our job is not done yet. We need to e-mail, call, or fax MAYOR CARLISLE and ask him to SIGN BILL 11 CD1 INTO LAW! It will only take you a minute, so get your message out now!

I suggest you fax or call him or his staff asking them to tell the Mayor to sign Bill 11 CD1 into law.
