Demand an End to the Dog Fighting Now!

A large percentage of people in our neighborhood have dogs, and they're being let out into unfenced yards where they fight and bark. This is noisy, and very disruptful to our community. Wouldn't it be easier to sleep at night, or enojy watching a television show without constant growling and barking outside your door? And not only is it disruptful, but its also dangerous. The dogs get hurt everytime they fight with eachother, and its dangerous to try to break them apart. Its also dangerous for there not to be a fence because the dogs could wander into the street and get hit, or runaway and get lost. Sign this petition if you think our local government should pass a law to require dogs to be fenced in.
