Is genetically designing a baby ethically wrong?

Genetically designing is where you control the genetics of the child; which then causes the baby to grow up into the figure that YOU want, instead of how it would look should it be 100% natural.
You should sign because genetically designing a baby can lead to future mental disorders in the kid.
