Tell the Government BP is not done cleaning the Gulf Coast! Padre Island, TX still effected

A random walk on the beach mostly any given day, and you will find yourself collecting tar balls on your feet.  You can see even very large tar washing ashore.  Big Oil cannot escape having to clean this.  This is the governments responsibility to make BP come and clean this oil from the beaches until it's gone.  Before the BP oil spill tar was virtually gone from south texas beaches, now its back in huge amounts.  Voice your disaproval of the way our government is still mishandling this environmental catastrophe
