Stop the torture and killing of dogs by the Bolivian Armed Forces

We, the undersigned, urge the Bolivian government to stop the cruel and unnecessary torture and killing of dogs by the armed forces.
Soldiers do not increase their courage or bravery by participating in the massacre of innocent and defenseless animals.

We will not visit Bolivia or buy Bolivian goods until these cruel and deplorable actions stop completely and are outlaw nationwide.
