All Outdoor Dogs Must Have Protection From Weather

All dogs owned as pets must have a tree for shade to protect them from the summer heat, and appropriate protection for the winter, and from the rain. This should be a LAW because no animal should be forced to live under these conditions by a fellow human being. We must protect our fellow canine friends and allow them to look forward to life.
