Demand all senior citizen housing area quite zones

Our senior citizen’s many are sick and terminally ill car ride pass with their music loud construction go on way pass 5:00 pm sometimes even till 2:00 am also the sirens from police and ambulance and college student partying late at night What I suggest is a quiet zone from 7 PM to 7 AM
