NO MORE PLASTIC PRESCRIPTION BOTTLES!!!

Why must we, as a society, insist on dispensing our prescription medicine in non-recyclable or difficult-to-recycle #5 plastic bottles??? I myself put a dozen such bottes into our recycling bin every month, but I'm pretty sure that our city recycling program does not accept these bottles for recycling. Meanwhile, our world is positively DROWNING in plastics! We must do better on this issue!!!
