Stop Cosmetic Companies That Test On Animals advertising That They Don't

I don't think it is fair to buy cosmetics and household items that state on the back 'against animal testing' when i was shocked to see on PETA's website warning that companies that do test the ingredients on animals still say they are against animal testing when the product has been tested on them.  Companies should not be allowed to say 'against animal testing' on thier products when the product has been tested.  It is a false sense of advertising for the millions of us who do not want to give their money to companies that do test on animals.  I praise the companies that do advertise correctly with the rabbit BUAV, this means the product and it's ingredients have not been tested.  Please get companies to stop misleading us into buying there products and i hope we will with your help.  Thankyou
