As some of you know or may not know, the moderators of ROBLOX has implemented a character limit for chat. The limit is somewhere around 1200 character(not exact though). The problem with this feature is, it basically disables the ability to chat very long scripts in a script builder.
If your chat exceedes the limit, it just cuts off right there. Plus, what is the point of the limit? The chat only shows 3 lines of what you typed. That being, about 50 characters are shown.

Well, there is a good reason, Stravant. Plus, Sorcus, many people have learned a lot from script builders!
First of all, at script builders, you can have other people help teach you new things, and it is much easier to test scripts than in studio.
In studio you would have to insert a script, type it out, then press play, or press test and wait for your player to load the client.
On a script builder, you can just type whatever command is used to exectute a code, then your code, and finally press enter!
With character limit, we are forced to copy and paste multiple times to get our script in the game, and that spams up the chat. Either that, or use a spam bot that spams up the chat even worse!
That being said users on an iPad cannot copy and paste in game. iPad users would have to switch apps to get to a notepad with their script in it. Switching out of the ROBLOX app causes the client to end.
Script builders are an amazing aspect to ROBLOX! It inspires the next generation of game developers for the ROBLOX community. All big things start small. You need to start off with experimenting in Roblox Lua to get to know the language to be able to program it well, and script builders make that easy and fun to do with friends, plus have friends and teachers help you out.
