Remove Deputy Brett Arthur Berry from the Police Force and from ever being a K9 Handler Again!

Deputy Brett Arthur Berry was witnessed on surveillance abusing his K-9 partner. The deputy is seen on video picking the canine up by the collar, dragging the dog, slamming him to the ground and repeatedly striking the K-9. This is a deputy who should not have a job with this department or any other. He abused not only his parner but another law enforcement officer. He should not have a job enforcing any laws when he clearly cannot follow them himself. Please tell the department that Mr.Berry should be charged to fullest extent of the law and never hold the position of a law enforcement officer again.
