Ebay - stop selling fur from China and all other countries

We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who are urging you to stop selling fur products on your platform. We believe that selling fur is unethical and inhumane. This petition is much needed to request this change, due to animal fur scarves appearing on general scarf search!

Be aware that 'Fur products' are often obtained through 'cruel and inhumane' methods, such as trapping and electrocution. Animals are kept in tiny cages and killed solely for their fur, without any regard for their wellbeing. This practice is not only barbaric, but it is also unsustainable and damaging to the environment.

Moreover, the fur industry has been linked to the spread of zoonotic diseases, such as COVID-19 and other pandemics. Given the current global health crisis, it is more important than ever to take action against practices that pose a threat to public health.
