Justice for Chas

2 Young Teenagers Shot and Killed a Family Dog saying they thought it was theirs, with a cut on its chest and they couldn't pay the vet bill, yet the dog had a collar on.  Justice needs to be served on these young men.  This took place in Kansas.  If young boys aren't stopped or sentenced doing this kind of crime it will continue and lead to abuse on women and child.
