Say No To Mount Carmel’s Kitty Killing Proposition

A proposal has been offered as a solution to the feral cats in Mount Carmel. Our local government has to vote on whether or not feral cats will be euthanized. There are hundreds of strays in Mt Carmel that are innocent animals, and they assist in real pest control. Please sign this to make sure he Mount Carmel Borough Council knows that we are not in support of this hellish proposition.
