El Tibet es una región pacífica ubicada en los Himalayas, donde nacen los manantiales que nutren a los ríos Yangtze, Mekong y Brahmaputra, que son proveen de agua a más de un billón de seres humanos. Actualmente hay represas y minería en Amnye Machen, montaña sagrada de la región lo cual produce un alto nivel de contaminación al medio ambiente, además de que sus habitantes originales, en su mayoría nómadas tibetanos están siendo desplazados por el Gobierno de la República Popular de China, esta invasión y destrucción ¡Debe terminar! Todos tenemos derecho a ser libres y el pueblo tibetano también.

This is just one example of the destruction through the removal of Tibetan nomads form the land where they have lived for millenia. The land is sacred for the tibetan nomads. It has been called: "the third pole", as it is the source of the largest ice fields outside of the Arctic and Antarctic. It is also the source of several major Asian rivers, such as the Yangtze, Mekong y Brahmaputra, together serving as the water source for over one billion humans.
