We request the eradication of traction of blood in the city of Mar del Plata, since animal abuse goes hand in hand with gender, elder and children abuse. Horses' physical conditions and their mistreatment causes pain in our whole community, and is punishable by law (N° 14.346, SENASA's law resolution Nº617). Traction of blood fosters robbery
of horses for various ends. If you do not attend to this issue, you will be considered an accomplice, both of animal abuse and the infringment of the law that prohibits child labor, as well as breach of the transit norms of Buenos Aires. We are not oblivious of the necessities of the families that make a living of recycling, who use horses for the recolection of the recycling material, and it is for this reason that we have presented numerous projects that adress the animals AND the people. Still, during the last three years, we have not been granted a meeting with you. We have carried out several signings, which clearly express the citizens desires; we have worked in the different neighbourhoods in the hope of having a better grasp of the people's needs. We ask of you thay you take this matter with the seriousness it deserves, since people are still living in garbage disposal sites, which is another factor that contributes to isnecurity, as a consequence of an absent government, yours.
