Demand Officials to ENFORCE Animal Cruelty Laws and IMPROVE the laws now in place.

Rotties are my heart and soul. I usually have a couple. But not everyone deserves one. Not everyone deserves ANY dog. People should be mentally healthy in order to have any dog. But we keep feeding this screwed up system of abusers etc....bc others are looking for them to be in a home. Not knowing if its a good one or not. Anyone can fill out an application and lie thier ass off. That just feeds the cycle of abuse and many more acts of cruelty. Most dont have a clue as to what decompression is. Our Officials are supposed to get animal abusers out of society. Make a statement about EVERY case. Instead, they ignore 98% of it. That tells all the POS scum bags, "hey...its OK if you do horriffic things and murder our furry family members bc most of the time we turn our heads!" In my opinion, that is the root cause of our overpopulation, cruelty, abuse, torture and I could go on. The only way to start to stop this is by haveing the Officials doing thier job. Arresting and convicting these POS scum bags! The need to reverse that message they sent out a very long time ago that tells the sickos "WE WONT TOLLERATE ANIMAL ABUSE ANYMORE!!" As of now, ppl are doing this bc they can. They watch the courts, read the papers and know this is the crime to committ and get away with it. There are Officials that are involved with the blood sport. Dog Fighting. PD's use dogs as thier bullet sheilds. Dogs by NO means should be in the line of fire to save NO cop! Thats what ppl are trained for! Its their job to go after criminals, not a dog! Think about it, cops want the dogs out there saving thier ass whenever possible, but the cops refuse to enforce any law that would save our furry family members on animal cruelty cases!! Yet people still think calling the police on animal issues will help. For instance, a dog locked in a car when its 70 degrees outside. We ALL know that dog will die. Many cases cops will go looking for the owner. WHY??? That takes time. Time that the dog does not have! Thats IF they even show up! PLEASE keep your eyes OPEN and stand up for the voiceless! You see a dog chained with no food water or shelter, calling cops or AC wont do a damn thing. Ive been there and done that so many times. Its NEVER helped! Let your concious be your guide. There are many issues that go along with Animal Cruelty. In order to start improving, we must start at the root cause of this huge issue. Tha would be making people held accountable every time possible. No short term punishment. Thats one of the reasons this issue is so far out of control. A new message has to get out there world wide. That would be 0 tollerance for animal abusers!
