The Real Answer to Why our Dolphins are Washing Up?

Those that want answers as to the status of our Atlantic Ocean and if it is safe to swim in now that 52 Dolphins in NJ have washed up since July 9th.  Also what the main reason is for this and what the blood tests are saying on the dolphins they have tested?  Is it Sonar? Is it Morbilivirus?  Is it pollution of another kind?  Caused by Superstorm Sandy?   We need some good feedback from what the blood tested dolphins said.
