Light the Van Vorst Park Dog run

We had a spot light in the dog park for one day. With the light we are better able to monitor the dogs and clean up after them properly. Now that we are back in the dark, it is a serious safety and sanitary issue. Being in the dark, it is near impossible to keep track of the dogs to help prevent any issues in advance that could cause a danger to the dogs themselves and the owners. Also, each owner is responsible for cleaning up after their own dog. When we are in the dark, it is impossible to see where each dog goes to the bathroom, making it a serious health risk to both the dogs and their owners.
