Presidential Candidate and U.S. Representative Ron Paul (R-TX) will be visiting Georgetown on Wednesday, February 13th, at 8 PM to speak and take questions in Gaston Hall. This petition graciously requests your assistance in convincing Professor Rosenblatt to end class 15 minutes early so for those of interested in attending the event can do so. Also, it gives us an opportunity to fully utilize the advocacy tools that we're learning about.
Although most of us, including myself are card carrying members of the Democratic Party, we must admit that Ron Paul has run an impressive campaign (including a strong Internet Fundraising effort) and it will be interesting to hear first-hand from him.
After taking this action, don't forget to follow the instructions in the email sent to us today and RSVP to
lecturefund@georgetown.edu with your name and NetID.
