Nadya Suleman's FREEDOM FROM WELFARE PETITION
- von: Kenneth J. Bennett
- empfänger: Prevent wasteful spending of state and federal welfare programs.
The overall goal of this petition is inform our government in our displeasure of the spending of our hard-earned tax dollars on unfit welfare recipients. The deliberate birth of octuplets to an unmarried, unemployed female is going to cost huge taxpayer dollars for child care, food stamps, housing, etc. and a huge burden on the state of Califonia, which is already in economic turmoil. This is an extreme case, however, welfare fraud runs rampid in our nation and must be stifled immediately....especially in these troubled economic times. I propose that we come together as one voice and stop this wasteful spending. The following items should be sent to our Nation's Capitol to be addressed and reformed:
1. Reform the welfare program to allow family growth and community revival, which would create jobs both in social services and public works, allow welfare recipients to free themselves from welfare needs and improve self esteem and public image.
2. Reduce fedral state and local welfare budgets as welfare needs are reduced.
3. Initiate, pass and enforce more stringent penalties on persons, social service entities and / or employees that violate and abuse welfare services.
4. Conduct annual audits on every federal, state and local welfare service branch to ensure all rules are followed and all recipients are being properly monitored.
The new administration wanted real change and wanted real ideas from everyday Americans. I ask every person that reads this petition to make that change happen. Thank you for your time and your signature.
