 WE THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF VIRGINIA Demand that the Unjust System of Workers Compensation and Disability determination be corrected from the present system to one which protects the rights of the injured (whether it be from physical, mental or financial injury) due to the negligence of persons who knowingly fail to inform healthcare workers of bed bug infestations while we are entering the area to perform care. Injury should not just cover diseases, or body part injured! We risk the health of our families in every home we enter.

THE CURRENT SYSTEM MUST END.

We ask that our delegates and legislators hear our cry. This is not an unjust request. Virginia is ranked number 14th in the nation for bed bugs infestation. Let's do something about this bed bug issue!

The current system has been in place for far too long! Make a change!
