Trump engaged in insurrection and should be banned from the ballot

The Constitution makes it clear: If you engage in insurrection, you can't be president. It's right there in the 14th amendment.

The court in Colorado was right to ban Trump from the ballot, and other courts -- including the Supreme Court -- need to do the same.

Yes, it would be unprecedented, but so is a president trying to overthrow our democracy. And the courts need to take action NOW, and ban him, as the Constitution says.

Sign on, and tell the courts: "Trump engaged in insurrection and should be banned from the ballot."
