Miniature horses are rapidly being used for therapy and assistance animals. Since 2011 laws have changed protecting miniature horses in city living, assisting their humans from seeing eye miniatures to helping people with post traumatic stress disorder and other disorders. Teddy the miniature horse is not only a loved pet and family member but he also serves as a emotional support animal to his human. The City of Beaver Falls is saying Teddy is just a farm animal and is not allowed to live with his human who relies on him for therapy and companionship. Please sign to keep Teddy at home where he is loved and cared for.
