This Person Waterboarded and Starved His Cat. Demand Justice!

A heart-wrenching case of animal cruelty has emerged from Brevard County, Florida, where an 18-year-old individual repeatedly tortured a defenseless cat. This cat endured unimaginable terror, including being starved, thrown off a third-floor balcony and was even waterboarded. 

Sign the petition to demand this individual receive mandatory mental health counseling in addition to his sentence.

This behavior is not normal. The abuse inflicted on this cat is an indicator of a disturbed individual who is in desperate need of a mental health intervention

We can advocate for the immediate safety of animals while also supporting broader efforts to treat and rehabilitate individuals, safeguarding our community from future acts of cruelty.
