We want Judy Thornsberry of Washington State to be charged and receive the maximum penalty for severe animal neglect, abuse, & cruelty. 60+ dogs & 8 birds were seized from her. Pekingese Rescue of BC took in 24 of these sick dogs but must demand the remaining 2 dogs, 4 cats, and many birds be removed from her home immediately. We also demand she never be allowed to own another animal again. No animal should be forced to live in their own feces, urine, and among rotting bodies of other dead dogs. The seized dogs were weak and infested with worms, mites, and serious infections. Another 3 died the day after the seizure. Birds were in terrible health in filthy cages locked on perches from overgrown nails. Animals are in severe trouble and not safe with this woman. Please help us stop her. The Pekingese & Shih Tzu communities have been very aware of her unethical practices for years. Now, all the dogs that were forced to live with her can finally have justice. Action can FINALLY be taken because the Sheriff's Office and Animal Control witnessed the conditions for themselves. They had to wear HAZMAT suits because her house was so deplorable. Now, we must stand strong together and convince authorities they must enforce maximum punishment and hold her accountable for the pain and suffering all of her animals endured for too many years.
