We insist that the Lagos State government provide dustbins in public areas to prevent waste pollution

It is now rainy season and most roads in Lagos State are flooded. Though the government has provided gutters and drainage systems to abate the floods, we still have a massive inundation of water that causes traffic, spoils cars and spoils roads. This is because most waste clogs gutters and drainage systems. People instinctively put their waste in the gutters because there is no where else to put them. To solve this problem, we insist that the government of Lagos State provide refuse bins to end this menace that has long been a problem in both the mainland and the island.
