Michael Harrington of Irish Equinewelfare has been posing as a vet,vet nurse and animal inspector in the Shannon region of Co Clare for the last few years,alot of dogs and cats in his care have died after botched operations ,He is putting out flyers in the area for cheap rate on Spaying and Neutering to people that are short of money and he has been taken up on his offer many time even do he has no Veternian experience at all ,He has put down dogs in peoples own homes while they watch ,tell them they were too sick to save ,People have reported this to the Guarda Station in Shannon ,the Veternianery Council of Ireland and the ISPCA but as of now nothing has been done and he still has access to Dogs,Cats and Horses to go on torturing as he see fit ,So i am asking people to Sign this Petition so that as an united front something will be done now before anymore more Animal Suffer at his hands ,Thank You, When we have enough we will be traveling to the Veterinary Council of Ireland, the ISPCA and the Department of Agriculture to hand in all the information we have and we will be demanding action ASAP, We also have concerns as to where he is getting his access to the drugs and equipment he uses to l carry out these dreadfull things to animals, how does he get access to the licenced drugs ect? Is there a Veterinary Practice aiiding him ????? My Answer is 1oo% yes
