Request the Selwyn Village Homeowners Association to select its property manager on a competitive and transparent basis

I am an owner of a condominium at Selwyn Village. Selwyn Village has had the same property manager, William Douglas, for years.

Please sign this petition to request that:

1. The Selwyn Village Homeowners Association (the "HOA") review its property manager on a regular basis using objective criteria.

2. The HOA (a) solicit proposals from multiple property managers on a regular basis (such as every few years) and (b) select its property manager based on its review of its then-current property manager and proposals from others.

3. The HOA make a general summary of its review and determinations available to owners.  (Proprietary information of property managers, and other sensitive information, would not need to be shared.)

This petition is not criticism of William Douglas. It is simply a request for transparency and for selection of property management services to be made on a competitive basis.
