Please let Niko out of his pen daily and allow Toni outside time with Niko. This is cruel and not acceptable.

Niko has been locked up over a year at the Charlottesville Albemarle SPCA. He was accused of killing a cat not mauling a child or another human being. Please ask Animal Control to stop treating him this way. Niko is a good dog and this is abuse and we should not allow this. Please allow Heather and Toni to take Niko outside.
