ALABAMA RESIDENTS ONLY: CHAINING ALABAMA DOGS MUST STOP! URGE ALABAMA LEGISLATURE TO PASS AN EFFECTIVE ENFORCEABLE BILL TO BAN THE CRUEL PRACTICE OF CHAINING/TETHERING HELPLESS DOGS.

The AL State Legislature has turned a deaf ear and blind eye on the rampant abuse imposed upon countless dogs, ignoring and failing to consider and pass bills that would bring relief and stop this obscene practice. Given that AL legislators will not respond to the pleas of their constituents through sponsoring, supporting and CHAMPIONING a bill in legislation, we ask for your voices, the taxpayers and citizens of Alabama, to bring this message to their attention by way of this petition.
