Tanya Chutkan, the federal judge overseeing Trump's case on his attempts to overthrow the 2020 election, issued a gag order on Trump, limiting what he can say about Special Counsel Jack Smith and the case.

Trump is being held accountable for his threats, lies, and attempts to intimidate those connected with the trial.The gag order "restricts Trump's ability to publicly target court personnel, potential witnesses, or the special counsel and his staff." 

This is great news – Trump could now be punished if he violates the order. We want to thank Judge Chutkan for taking this important step and protecting those involved in the case. Make no mistake, this took guts, and Judge Chutkan deserves credit, and thanks.
