Man Neglected Dogs Until One Lost an Eyeball. He Should Never Own Pets Again!

In Lauderhill, Florida, authorities recently discovered someone had neglected their dogs so badly, one needed its eye removed.

When rescuers arrived, they found three dogs languishing inside the home, malnourished to the brink of starvation, and sickly. Their bodies had also sustained injuries, including to their eyes. In fact, one poor pup was so badly wounded, veterinarians had no other choice but to perform emergency surgery to remove its eye entirely.

Officials have since arrested the dogs' owner and charged him with animal cruelty. But what really needs to happen is that authorities must ensure this man never lives with, owns, or works with animals - ever.

If someone can ignore their animals so badly that one loses an eye, that individual clearly is not safe to take care of pets again in the future.
