STOP THE SPEEDERS ON OUR STREETS & KEEP OUR CITIZENS SAFE

I reside in Planet Circle and, the main street on Dyer every minute I hear cars speeding down the street. You obviously can hear their cars speed / jet through the stop light like it's nothing. We have children and the elderly walk to and from school or walk to the grocery stores that's just down the street. The stop light here on Meteor and Dyer does have cross walks, but none of the less that doesn't stop drivers from speeding or run the stop light. Just now I hear cars just breezing through. The speed limit is 35 mph. Besides that, the entrance / exit on Planet Cir. definitely requires speed bumps since us residence are not able to see other cars approaching, due to the cars parked on the street (Meteor). Upon approaching the stop sign on Planet Cir. it is very difficult for drivers (like myself) to see if there are cars approaching on either side. There have been a couple of instances that I thought it was clear to make a left turn from Planet Cir. then suddenly a car coming from my right is approaching quite fast. This too has happened to my mom who also resides on Planet Cir. this time not only was a vehicle approaching from the right, cars were approaching from both directions. It is very difficult to see when cars are coming when you are at the stop sign due to cars legally parked on the street. We need speed bumps immediately on our streets - Dyer on Meteor as well on Meteor in front of Planet Cir.
