Stop canned hunting in Texas

There are around 500 canned hunting "ranches" in Texas where exotic animals such as African zebra's are killed at close range for "fun" and "recreation" by individuals that are no more than serial killers. They are also engaging their small chilren in this killing frenzy (which starts with animals), instead of teaching them to respect and enjoy life, animals and nature.  The children are asked if they want to "Take a shot at a zebra" and are being taught that it is the Christian thing to do. Why is this being allowed and when/where is it going to end?
