Demand Mrs Michelle William to get hired as teacher

Mrs William has been working as Paraprofessional in Preschool at Dr. William Cobb for 14 years. the District denied her application when she apply to become officially a teacher at the same school but they offer her the same position in another school. we, as parents are concerned about our children's future at this school because we see that she is the best candidate for next school year.
