Ask the Romanian government to stop the proposed mass killing of strays

Any strays who are not claimed within seven days are to be killed.  This is a knee jerk reaction to the death of a child, allegedly killed by a stray dog. Details of how the culling will be carried out are on youtube (not for those easily upset) Romanian Euthanasia.  A neutering and rehoming programme would help to solve the problem of the unfortunate strays.  Please contact the Romanian ambassador and express your disgust also the Romanian prime Minister at www.gov.ro/cabinet.
