Stop Shipping Hunting Trophies

While there are many airlines that have banned the transportation of hunting trophies UPS has not yet acted on this issue. In our lifetime, there is a possibility that many animals like rhinos, bears and so on can become extinct. If animals started to disappear it would affect our world immensely, nature would have an unbalance. My petition is directed toward stopping UPS airlines from delivering hunting trophies. They must ban any cargo of this sort to avoid poachers from making any profit.
Trophy Hunting is killing wild animals for their body parts, in most cases their heads, for display but not primarily for food or sustenance. According to LEMIS (Law Enforcement Management Information System) between 2005-2014, approximately 1.26 million wildlife trophies were imported to the U.S. so an average of 126,000 animals were killed each year.We must all do our part in stopping these trophy hunters from getting any sort of profit. People trophy these animals in their homes without a care about the actual animal and their part in our world. UPS must ban the transportation of any hunting trophies like American Airlines, Delta Airlines, and Air Canada, which are now refusing to allow trophies in their planes. This cargo on their planes is now banned and USP should join on this. UPS banding shipment of animal parts will help conserve more of our wildlife animals.
