The problem in which we plan on solving is simply keeping one of our better teachers in the school system. The teacher in which we wish to keep is Quarail Hale he is an young brilliant African American male teacher who has great impact on kids in the inner city he is an amazing role model and shows great qualities for an vice principal. This will not only change the school but will bring positive change students has a mental connection wit Mr.Hale and turns to him for answers he knows how to balance and good students and the bad students. His attire is very professional he tends to keep students positive even when their down his leadership qualities are amazing and displays everything a vice principal needs.
