To get new dispatchers and new cab drivers that aren't rude

I was talking to a cab driver who picked me up works for the portage cab company and I was talking to her about something I read about something from history that I read about and she wants to be rude and say don't you have anything to say that is positive and not negative and I guess she must think history is negative didn't need to be so rude though
