We the animal lovers of this world ask you to please stop the torture and killing of stray dogs to stop Pallady Mihailesti Bragadiru in Bucharest also Breasta ps in craiova as well as other kill shelters to stop killing stray dogs we please ask to bring In a no kill policy have shelters were dogs are cared for treatment for the sick spray and neuter policy's fresh food and water and for the dogs to be rehomed to good homes. The torture and killing of stray dogs has been going on to long please put a stop to it please end this cruelty to mans bestfriend
