Justice 4 Opie

In the eaarly morning hours of 3/21/2015 Officer Papke shot a family pet that was secured
in the back of the Compton family home. The officers only explaination at the time was that Opie
startled him. The officer was walking around the family home in an unlit area without the use of a flashlight.
For this the dog was shot.
We the people demand a fair and impartial investigation. If officer Papke is found to be negligent,
We the people demand that he be immediately dismissed and appropriate charges be filed. We the people
demand that to prevent future trauma to families that the officers of Lincoln Nebraska be properly
trained in non-lethal canine encounter training. We the people demand that police offers be held accountable when they kill beloved family members whether they have four legs or two.
