The Arizona legislature has been selling off Arizona lands to other corporations, including to corporations from other countries like Egypt and Australia, with no protection for the environment. This includes no protection for groundwater from contamination.
This was all done quietly by the legislature so that Arizona citizens are not even aware of what is being done, including where the money the proceeds are truly coming from for propositions being voted on in the May election.
The selling off of these lands will have negative effects on wildlife and the environment, including ground water. Please put an end to the legislature's backdoor deals and dangerous practices. Please send a strong message to the Arizona legislature that this is NOT what should be done with U. S. and Arizona lands!
Protect our lands and require that any sell of Arizona land be individually and publicly notified to the citizens of Arizona, and approved by them, including any adverse wildlife and environmental impacts, so nothing can be passed behind closed doors anymore with our land. Protect our environment and wildlife. Protect our future!
