MORE CONTROL ON GUN LAWS!!!

To own a gun in Indiana, whomever desires can buy one through no or very little limits. This has resulted into spiraling out of control violence in our school systems, our neighborhoods, and on the streets of major cities. I propose this simple system to own/carry a firearm: "To own or carry a firearm in the state of Indiana, whomever desires must acquire a license which requires the applicant to pass a series of educational exams to achieve. The applicant must have a certification, from the state of Indiana, confirming their non-violent or abusive background of the firearm, and a three-day waiting period to ensure the applicants decision to own a firearm was not emotionally based."
