8 out of 10 people in the UK want to keep the ban on fox hunting- yet David Cameron still claims fox hunting will be made legal in less than 12 weeks.
Fox hunting is the act when a cruel person/group of people (usual riding on horses) with hounds that will sniff out peaceful fox families and shred them apart, ripping their limbs and tearing their flesh. It is a painful and stressful process for the foxes, and their cubs are often left orphan, or fox parents are left grieving their child.
The fox population is already dropping from disease- if fox hunting is made legal, there is a possibility the fox species will go extinct!
And the hounds aren't treated all that well, neither;
"My examination and analysis of the data available to me regarding numbers and types of organised Hunts in the UK, numbers of hounds in each, numbers of pups bred per year and numbers in particular categories, has led me to conclude that the numbers of hounds deliberately and unnecessarily killed by their own Hunts per annum in the UK is probably somewhere between 4,942 and 7,302"
'Powa' states.
In other words, many hounds are bred just for hunting, and if they do not meet the standards, many are often killed. This goes for any horses used in fox hunting.
Thousands of animals die each year because of the selfish wants of these people.
Lets make sure this doesn't happen- lets stand together to prevent it!
