Help Andrew get a Service Dog

I live with my nana and she doesn't like dogs; I'm a teenager suffering with GAD(Generalized Anxiety Disorder), PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), and Adjustment Disorder with Depression. I feel that a service dog would benefit me highly when I have attacks/episodes, and I think that if I get enough signatures plus a note from my therapist that she'll let me get a service dog.
