Demand NZ Government Fund the Hastings SPCA

The Hastings SPCA is struggling to come up with the money to keep their animal facility as they are charity run. I couldn't stand to see all those animals have to be put down or put through the stress of being moved to another city if the Hastings SPCA gets shut down. I think the government should at least give the SPCA (not just Hastings) an annual grant in order to make sure these animals have sufficient shelter, food, water and love until they are re-homed.
