Make the tennis court into a dog park

The tennis court is hardly ever used for tennis, nor is it in good enough condition to play tennis on it. It is more used as a dog run than any other reason. There are many dogs in this complex and having an area for them to run without needing to be tethered would do wonders for their exercise, morale, and safety.

It is already fenced in and just needs to have the asphalt covered with sand and mulch and put 1 or 2 "Dog Waste bins" in it. This can also help with the dog waste problem around the apartments. A "Bark Park" also creates a great place for residents to socialize
